We’re looking for a Production Supervisor who is ready to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, established manufacturing environment where continuous improvement, operational excellence, and people development fuel our growth.
As our syrup operations continue to evolve, you’ll be a key leader who ensures your team has what they need to thrive—reliable processes, clear expectations, and a positive environment where great work can happen every day. You bring strong leadership instincts, solid manufacturing expertise, and a passion for coaching others to perform at their best. You remove obstacles, refine workflows, and help teams navigate change with confidence as Torani grows toward its ambitious future.
Working closely with partners across Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, you’ll keep daily operations running smoothly while elevating performance over time. Success Factors (First 12-18 months)- Operations Champion: You elevated day-to-day operations by strengthening shift transitions, clarifying expectations, and maintaining a strong, visible presence on the floor. By collecting and sharing the right information with the right people at the right time, you kept production running smoothly and ensured alignment across shifts. Partnering closely with Quality and Maintenance, you reinforced equipment reliability, minimized downtime, and upheld high standards for safety, sanitation, and product quality—all while keeping production schedules accurate and on track.
Your steady leadership helped the team anticipate challenges earlier and make decisions that supported both daily output and long-term operational health. - Safety First: You modeled safe practices and created a positive environment where team members felt supported and accountable for maintaining zero safety incidents. Through consistent communication, regular training, and proactive hazard identification, you helped build a culture where safety, food quality, and team well-being always came first. You strengthened the team’s confidence by ensuring everyone understood the “why” behind safe behaviors, making safety an everyday habit—not a checklist.
