Job Title

Tradesman

• Change and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services.
• Cooling tower and condenser maintenance – coils, evaporators and tubes.
• Clean and perform routine maintenance as required.
• Perform indoor air quality related maintenance, including but not limited to cleaning duct systems and drain pans.
• General housekeeping tasks required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Valid Vehicle Operators license.
• Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), e.g., dust mask, gloves, eye protection and hearing protection.
• Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearance.

$25 per hour. The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results.

Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
