We’re entering an exciting new chapter with the opening of our state-of-the‑art, 300,000‑square‑foot distribution center in San Leandro, designed to power the next wave of growth for our business. As we double in size and grow our distribution/logistics capabilities for better, faster service, we need a seasoned, people‑first warehouse leader to guide us forward.

This is a high‑impact, senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. We’re looking for a leader of leaders, someone who can energize and develop a large and growing team, drive operational excellence, and help shape a scalable, future‑ready distribution network. You’ll lead with heart, make smart decisions with a system‑wide view, and coach others to do the same.

You’ll bring curiosity and capability to our WMS transformation, identify ways to leverage and enhance our tools, and serve as a collaborative cross functional partner, always keeping the customer in view.

You’ve built and managed a budget that supports both performance and innovation, optimized labor planning and capital investments, and helped your team grow their financial fluency. At the same time, you’ve embedded a culture of continuous improvement across the operation.
  
  You’ve used our transition into our new facility and the implementation of our WMS as opportunities to evolve how we work, empowering your team to spot and solve problems, improve safety, and find smarter ways forward. You’ve optimized Torani’s owned distribution centers in San Leandro including process flow, layout, and systems to ensure they can support business growth.
• Technology Vision & WMS Evolution: You’re our warehouse systems visionary. You’ve collaborated to optimize our WMS capabilities, identifying gaps, and laying out a roadmap for enhancements and integrations. You’ve helped your team build fluency with the system, and your efforts have unlocked new levels of visibility, accuracy, and a roadmap for future automation across the operation.
