SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro, West Oakland, Newark/SW Fremont is hiring a Restoration Project Manager!
As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects (Water, Mold, & Demo) as well as restoration crews with varied experience. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence and sincere customer care. Our team has grown to be the largest SERVPRO franchise in the Bay Area and we are not planning to slow down.

- Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects with timeline/budget expectations
- Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
- Direct Coordinators in scheduling jobs and oversee crews/resources to provide service on active projects
- Manage the customer/client experience and set expectations
- Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
- Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
- Retain ownership of jobs from onset to payment in full; aid estimating & collections with any job-related questions
- Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets
- Work with Subcontractors as needed
- Customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
- Provide priority response to potential customers
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates
- On Call rotation for dispatching of crews - after hours
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED;
Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred - At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- IICRC certification a preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
