Job Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
  • Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
  • Maintains inventory of basic servicing materials to ensure timely maintenance and promote fleet efficiency for Branch
  • Works directly with various vendors for services and repairs that require outsourcing
  • Collaborates with Branch Manager and Corporate to evaluate and forecast vehicle needs for the Branch
  • Works with buyers to sell aging/cost raising vehicles
  • Available for light roadside vehicle and equipment repair
  • Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
  • Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
  • Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g., leaks)
  • Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
  • Utilizes fleet software to track vehicle issues, repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
  • Assist Technicians with their everyday needs
  • Maintain the branch lot and office
  • Traveling to pick up and drop off at indicated locations in a company vehicle
  • Attend branch-organized meetings and trainings
  • Maintain quality relationships with co-workers
  • Available for field work on a regular basis
