Key Responsibilities
- Manage analytics and reporting request intake, prioritization, and delivery
- Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and analytics/technical teams
- Translate business needs into analytics requirements and technical solutions
- Guide effective data visualization and reporting design
- Provide recommendations for additional or enhanced analytics
- Lead project coordination, documentation, and deliverable tracking
- Support program communications, training, and continuous improvement efforts
- Bachelor s degree in a technical or analytics-related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
