Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical skill set, excellent interpersonal communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

- Provide hands-on therapy to address patients' physical and functional needs.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and prevention strategies.

- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Stay updated on the latest industry advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Valid and current California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

- CPR and First Aid certification.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Able to work independently.

- A strong passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life.
