We’re hiring a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patient care in a dynamic rehab setting in San Leandro, California. This is a great opportunity to collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists and help individuals regain independence through therapeutic activities.

Location: San Leandro, CA
Schedule: Full Time – Day Shift

• Assist in implementing treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist
• Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on improving ADLs, mobility, and safety
• Document patient progress and communicate updates with the care team
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive therapy environment
• Foster patient motivation and participation in therapy sessions

• Active California COTA license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• BLS certification
• Previous SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
