About the Role

In this contingent role, you will support large-scale Software Engineering initiatives and provide strategic technical consultation across complex projects. You will evaluate multifaceted engineering challenges, contribute to technical decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality solutions.
What You'll Do

• Partner on large, complex engineering initiatives with significant impact across teams and systems.
• Review, analyze, and assess software engineering challenges that require deep technical insight, including ambiguous or first-of-their-kind scenarios.
• Provide expert input to help shape solutions for complex, multi-layered engineering problems.
• Ensure that deliverables meet organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to provide strategic guidance, technical recommendations, and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience gained through a combination of work, consulting engagements, training, military service, or education.
• Strong proficiency with React and modern front-end engineering practices.
