Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Manager II
Duration: 6 months (Possibility of extension)
1st shift 7 am – 4pm must be open to flexible shifts and overtime.
Maintenance & Reliability Leadership- Lead and develop a high‑performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Design and implement reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM) strategies to improve asset uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and condition‑based maintenance programs using CMMS and advanced diagnostic tools.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to address chronic equipment issues.
- Provide engineering leadership for plant utilities, infrastructure, and equipment systems including HVAC, boilers, compressed air, and water treatment.
- Lead the design, specification, and implementation of capital projects, ensuring alignment with safety, reliability, and operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate engineering solutions that improve process efficiency, energy usage, and equipment maintainability.
- Manage engineering documentation, including P&IDs, equipment drawings, and utility schematics.
- Align maintenance and reliability goals with production, quality, safety, and training objectives.
- Lead plant‑wide initiatives using Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering leadership within a manufacturing environment (Food or CPG experience preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, as well as plant utilities and infrastructure.
- Proven experience implementing RCM, TPM and other reliability frameworks.
- Proficiency with CMMS/EAM platforms and reliability analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success in capital planning, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
