  • Oversee installations and facility upgrades
  • Ensure contractors adhere to safety standards
Continuous Improvement & Scalability
  • Identify infrastructure bottlenecks that impact production
  • Support layout changes and equipment moves
  • Contribute to long‑term facility planning and automation readiness
  • Help design systems that support higher throughput and reliability
Expectation
  • Think beyond maintenance — improve systems.
Expansion & Capital Projects Leadership
  • Own and lead facility expansion and major capital improvement projects, including the planning and execution of a multi‑million‑dollar production build‑out.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with leadership to define project scope, budget, and success criteria
  • Coordinating architects, engineers, general contractors, and specialty vendors
  • Managing project timelines, permitting, inspections, and contractor performance
  • Overseeing installation of production infrastructure (compressed air, dust collection, electrical upgrades, robotics integration, racking, safety systems)
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and without disrupting ongoing production
  • Anticipating long‑term infrastructure needs and designing for scalability
