Full‑time position offering an hourly salary of $28–$33 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage by reviewing records and documents.
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payment including deductibles.
  • Prepare repair orders (RO), detailing symptoms, problems, and required repairs; obtain approvals and enter RO into E‑Emphasys.
  • Maintain job board and delegate work to technicians.
  • Maintain customer confidence by explaining estimates and expected return, providing contact information, and addressing questions.
  • Record unit problems and corrective actions in unit records.
  • Update job knowledge via educational opportunities, manufacturer publications, and online factory courses.
  • Accept ownership of new requests and explore ways to add value.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management in alignment with dealership objectives.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience handling heavy phones, office administrative duties, customer relations, strong computer skills, and problem‑solving.
  • Experience in refrigerated transportation or heavy diesel dealership preferred.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish an advantage.
  • Ability to meet monthly service goals and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to manage updates, concerns, demands, and objections while maintaining professionalism.
