Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Are you a people person who thrives on helping customers? Do you have excellent communication skills? If so, The Ford Store San Leandro—a family-owned and operated dealership—is looking for you! We’re seeking a motivated BDC Representative to join our growing team.

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts to assist customers.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with potential leads.
• Provide excellent customer service while promoting our dealership's inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a bonus, but not required.
• BDC experience is a bonus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
