Minimum requirements:

5 years of Accounting experience
Full Cycle Accounting Experience including; AP, AR, Month End Close, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations
High school diploma or equivalent, accounting degree preferred.
Experience in Resale.

Wholesale industry is preffered

Responsibilities:

Accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, reconciliation and related compliance.
Enforce accounting policies and procedures to maintain internal controls.
Generate monthly, quarterly and yearly close processes, and provide financial reports and schedules.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, P&L, and cash flow statements. Ensuring compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Receive, verify and record daily invoices from vendors in the database, and prepare batch submittal for payment.
Reconcile corporate credit cards.
Exceptional organization, analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and communications skills are important.
Treat customers as well as team members in a kind and respectful manner.
