Job Description:
- Is the face of the corporation before public bodies, as needed, with help from the President and other staff as needed
- Day-to-day general ledger accounting activities, monthly reconciliation process, and month-end close draw process, as well as tracking and paying invoices
- Work closely with project managers and will gain a working knowledge of construction deals and financing from an accrual or GAAP perspective as necessary by public and private lenders and investors
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- Background in affordable housing and construction
