Job DescriptionJob Requirements and Duties
- You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- You must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery and be an included driver on the insurance.
- You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
- You must be able to pass a background check and an MVR background check.
- Acceptable driving experience: 18+ with 2 years of driving history, 1 year if you are 19 or older.

Qualifications- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Convey written instructions accurately.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Control motor coordination between eyes and hands to make precise movements with speed.
- Read and interpret telephone messages.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
- Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Tall and short‑distance vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- Telephone communication (talking and hearing).
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. - Walking:
Short distances for short durations. - Sitting:
Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries may include items weighing up to 50 pounds. - Carry:
Large cans, pizza sauce, dough trays, and other items weighing various amounts. - Pushing/Pulling:
Trays on dollies may require a force of up to 7.5 pounds. - Climbing:
Occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance tasks.
