Delivery Driver – Ayvaz Pizza (Pizza Hut Franchisee)

Ayvaz Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Delivery Driver ensures that each visit from a customer results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

We are looking for a self‑motivated, dynamic team player to join our team! The Delivery Driver position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

• A clean driving record; safety is a priority. You must arrive and return safely in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Friendly demeanor: greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues.
• Keen sense of cleanliness: maintain Health & Safety standards in all work areas, including your vehicle.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations and maintain prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Complete delegated cleaning assignments in a timely manner.
• Operate the cash register or point‑of‑sale devices and use suggestive‑selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Learn team‑effectiveness skills and work with others to achieve team goals.

• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable; results‑oriented and customer‑focused.
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation, 18 years old or older to operate a motorized vehicle.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law (keep an updated copy of your insurance policy with your name applied).
• Flexible work availability.
• Previous customer service work experience is helpful.
