Hardware Salesperson - Swing Shift

Ganahl Lumber of San Juan Capistrano is looking to hire a Hardware Salesperson for a fulltime position to assist in customer service and stocking responsibilities. This is an opportunity to work in a professional, fast-paced work environment with the potential to grow within the company. We are eager to bring on our next team member who is customer service oriented and knowledgeable in hardware products.

Responsibilities will include stocking merchandise, maintaining vendor relations, assisting customers, order pulling, housekeeping and maintaining inventory levels.

• Hardworking
• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• High energy
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Works well within a team structure
• Capable of physical labor (lifting up to 70lbs)
• Able to work some evenings and occasional weekends
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
• Retail experience
• Customer Service experience
• Good communication skills
• Organized
• Reliable
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
