Our practice focuses on real estate and business litigation. We litigate disputes involving construction defects, commercial and residential leases, purchase and sale agreements, quiet title actions, partition matters, boundary/easement disputes, fraud/misrepresentation claims, breach of fiduciary duty, contract breaches, unfair business practices, and other commercial conflicts tied to real estate and business operations.

We are seeking a full‑time Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This hybrid role involves:

• Managing a diverse caseload of real estate litigation matters.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Preparing for and participating in all phases of litigation, including discovery, law and motion practice, ADR, and trial.
• Communicating regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Supervising and collaborating with paralegals and support staff.
• Contributing to case strategy and client counseling.

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 3–7 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for real estate litigation background (commercial/residential real estate disputes, landlord-tenant, or related matters).
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated courtroom experience (e.g., law and motion, depositions, hearings).
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple matters independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to exceptional client service.

• Immediately handle your own cases from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Argue motions in court.
• Appear at case management conferences, mediations, and trials.
• Work directly with clients from day one.
