Professional Experience not required.

• Candidate must be at least 18 years old to apply;
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US;
• Candidate must be able to speak English fluently.

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ability to work with clients receiving hospice care or at end of life.
• Be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner.
• Complete background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver's license, social security, and valid auto insurance.

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, getting in and out of bed, sitting and rising
• Companionship: walking, gardening, crafting, playing cards, etc
• Transport: doctor's appointment, fitness classes, volunteer meeting, etc.
• Househelp: meal planning, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, cooking
• Special care:
  Alzheimer's and dementia, hospice support, chronic illness

• Competitive salary with higher rates based on performance, training, and commitment
• Technology fee reimbursement, paid per hour for every hour worked
• Off clock/De Minimis reimbursement, paid per hour for every hour worked
• Overtime pay, per the State of California
• Bonus Program, up to $2.00 per hour
• Sign on bonus of $360 after 90 days of service and 360 hours worked
• New CAREGiver Application Fee Bonus of $100 after 90 days of service and 360 hours worked
• Paid Sick Time, Per State of California, after 90 days of employment
• Paid Vacation, Eligible to accrue after 1 year of service
• Mileage Reimbursement at current IRS rate ($0.655 per mile in 2023)

The Professional Caregiver will complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen, and has a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
