Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA | Full-Time
Compensation: $90,000 - $175,000 annually (based on experience and performance)

• Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products with clarity and enthusiasm

• Structure and finalize deals that meet both customer needs and dealership goals

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and lender regulations

• Build lasting customer relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty

• Partner with sales managers and team members to maximize performance and profitability

• Maintain accurate and timely transaction documentation

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance management (F&I Manager or similar)

• Proven track record of achieving F&I goals while delivering a first-class customer experience

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance

• Stable work history and a team-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with dealership software systems (e.g., CDK, Route One, Dealer track)
