We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Assistant Montessori Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the lead teacher in implementing Montessori-based activities and lesson plans that foster a love of learning in young children. You will support the classroom environment, encourage independence, and work closely with students to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom. Montessori experience is preferred but not required.

• Must have at least 3 Early Childhood Education Units (ECE) and be willing to complete 12 units
• Strong understanding of child development principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Problem-solving and mediation skills
