, is seeking a Transportation Logistics Analyst to join their team. As a Transportation Logistics Analyst
, you will be part of the Transportation Operations Department supporting Carrier Management and Reporting Teams

Job Title: Transportation Logistics Analyst
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week (semi-local candidates required) - San Jose, CA
Pay Range: $26-29/hr.
What’s the Job?- Extract, manipulate, and analyze transportation data from OTM, Tableau, and Power BI
- Monitor transportation systems for exceptions and resolve issues proactively
- Create recurring and ad hoc transportation performance reports
- Communicate with parcel carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve concerns
- Support visibility and performance tracking across transportation operations
- Experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics
- Working knowledge of Excel (including VLOOKUP and basic functions)
- Familiarity with parcel carriers (UPS, CEVA, etc.)
- Ability to monitor systems and analyze transportation data
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Hybrid schedule (3 onsite days per week; schedule communicated in advance)
- Training via buddy system and shadowing for 1–2 weeks
- Exposure to high-volume retail transportation operations
