Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting
, audits, and system updates - Perform scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts
, investigate variances, and support inventory adjustments - Track inbound and outbound materials using inventory systems (MES/ERP or similar)
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of parts and materials
- Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or discrepancies proactively
- Support service parts inventory and replenishment needs
Part Running / Internal Support
- Deliver parts and materials to engineering, maintenance, and operations teams as needed
- Support urgent part requests and prioritize time-sensitive deliveries
- Assist maintenance teams by staging and delivering service parts.
Support Shipping & Receiving
- Receive inbound shipments and verify contents against packing lists and purchase orders
- Prepare outbound shipments including packaging, labeling, and staging for carrier pickup
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of materials
- Maintain shipping and receiving documentation accuracy
Equipment & Safety
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety, inventory control, and compliance procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or operations preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Forklift driving experience (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and staging materials
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods
The US hourly range for this full-time position is between $35/hr to $40/hr.
The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
