Driver Class A

Pacific Supply is a distributor of building products with over 40 locations throughout the Western United States and has been serving the construction industry and communities since 1953. We are accepting resumes for Class A or B drivers. Pacific Supply encourages the development of employees and is interested in developing drivers from material handlers who want to operate safely and seek career advancement.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Candidates will be responsible for delivering building materials using a company vehicle and must be able to lift heavy materials.

• Assist yard personnel in pulling and staging inter-company orders, loading trucks, and receiving materials.
• Operate yard equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Expedite the loading and unloading of customer and company vehicles.
• Receive and carry out customer order instructions, including maps and materials, according to the delivery sequence.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers and jobsites.
• Complete pre-jobsite assessment prior to unloading company truck at jobsites.
• Deliver material to jobsites and customers in a safe and efficient manner according to safety guidelines established.

• Must have a valid CDL driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Valid CDL permit with a clean driving record and interest in company-sponsored training.
• Career goal of becoming a CDL driver, valid driver’s license, and ability to complete company-sponsored training program while working as a material handler.
