As a Pilates Instructor, you'll lead apparatus‑focused group classes using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, TRX, ballet barres, and more. You'll empower clients of all levels with challenging, fitness‑based routines delivered in a safe, motivating, and results‑driven environment

• Certified in full apparatus Pilates (450+ hours or equivalent training)
• Group class teaching experience
• Positive, energetic, and motivational presence

• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using or learning club management software (e.g., Club Ready)

• Lead private, semi‑private, and demo sessions as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑equipped studio environment
• Support client engagement through check‑ins and sales
• Promote studio services, memberships, and retail offerings
• Be a motivating and inspiring presence in every session
