Our mission in the experimentation and evaluation team is to build the next-gen A/B testing platform, that empowers the company to make data-driven decisions for the products. The supported scenarios include recommendations, push, ads, search, mobile app, UI interaction and service upgrades, etc. Our platform s capabilities cover the entire experiment life cycle, from experiment design, experiment creation, metrics calculation, and statistical analysis to final evaluation and launch.

In the process of rapid iteration, we provide reliable services for businesses to make bold hypotheses and cautious verification.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume. • Build new features that touch hundreds of millions of people around the world.

• Partner with PMs, designers, engineers from different teams on building backend support for mobile application.
• Participate in technical discussions related to team s product and engineering work.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
• Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with coding in Python, Java, Golang, C#, or C++.
• Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

• Demonstrated software engineering or big data experience from previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications.
• Curiosity towards new technologies and entrepreneurship.
• High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.

For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118657 - $259200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
