Team Introduction:
Our mission in the experimentation and evaluation team is to build the next‑gen A/B testing platform that empowers the company to make data‑driven decisions for the products. Supported scenarios include recommendation, push, ads, search, mobile app, UI interaction and service upgrades. The platform covers the entire experiment lifecycle—from design to launch—providing reliable services for rapid iteration.

As a software engineer in this team, you will build, optimize and grow one of the largest data platforms in the world, directly impacting core products and hundreds of millions of users.

• Design and build data transformations efficiently and reliably for different purposes (e.g. reporting, growth analysis, multi‑dimensional analysis)
• Design and implement reliable, scalable, robust, and extensible big data systems that support core products and business
• Establish solid design and best engineering practices for engineers as well as non‑technical people

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, M/R, Hive, Spark, Metastore, Presto, Flume, Kafka, Click House, Flink, etc.)
• Experience performing data analysis, ingestion, and integration
• Solid communication and collaboration skills

• Industry experience with big data systems and projects
• Experience building large‑scale distributed systems in a product environment
• Experience with ETL, data architecture, schema design, and data modeling
• Experience in data privacy and security projects

For Pay Transparency: Compensation (Annually) – $187,040 – $438,000 for the selected city. Pay may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and location. Base pay is part of the total package and may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and RSUs.
