Senior Salesforce Developer

This role will be a key point of contact when working closely with and understanding the business.

Responsible for developing and managing the application through all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial technical design to implementation & support.

Contribute ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate on projects within the team’s portfolio that would impact the Salesforce application. Be capable of recommending alternate choices and impact analysis.

Develop integration processes using Salesforce API, Streaming APIs (Platform Events, CDC, Push topics), Pub-Sub Integration (like Kafka), and third-party integration tools (Apex Data Loader, any ETL tool).

Expected to quickly learn new features and technologies related to Salesforce and be able to implement & communicate effectively to the team.

Stay abreast of the Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements based on features released.

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience.

10+ years of professional IT experience required with demonstrated development and design experience with enterprise applications.

7+ years’ experience in , Visualforce and the Apex programming language.

5+ years’ experience in  configuration and customization.

Must have experience with data migration.

Solution experience in integrating with other systems would be a plus.
