We’re a small, focused team based in Santa Clara. We move fast, work closely together, and ship new features weekly.

We’re looking for a full stack engineer to help build the core infrastructure behind Leo’s AI marketing platform. You’ll work across backend services, serverless functions, and front end UIs and have your hands on features that power live campaigns.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. You’ll collaborate with engineers, AI teams, and product to ship secure, scalable features that our clients use daily. If you like variety in your day, building things end-to-end, and seeing your work go live fast, this is the spot.

• Build responsive front end components and dashboards using React
• Own backend services, APIs, and data integrations — especially using AWS Lambda and Step Functions
• Implement infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging
• Deliver secure, scalable features that make life easier for real users

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer in production environments
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript or Type Script, plus a backend language like Python
• Hands-on experience with serverless platforms, containers, and orchestration tools like Docker or Kubernetes
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with AI agent patterns or curiosity to learn how AI-driven systems work

• Salary range: $120,000 – $250,000 per year + equity.
