Direct Care Staff
-Supported Living Services (Overnight)

Location:
Santa Clara County, CA | Full‑Time:
Mon–Fri, 10 PM – 6 AM
- $19.25/hr + accrued sick time
- Mileage reimbursement
- Mentorship, team support & career growth opportunities
- Make a real difference in people’s lives every day
- Support clients with independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
- Assist clients with developmental disabilities & behavioral challenges
- Plan and organize schedules to promote goal achievement
- Document client progress via case notes
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communicator & problem solver
- Comfortable working independently in one‑on‑one settings
- Behavioral health experience a plus, but not required
