The pay rate or range for this position is: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.

As a representative for our company, you will be precise and detail-oriented in your work with a professional and customer-oriented attitude. Responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups, and helping to coordinate large painting projects.

• Preparation of surfaces to receive paint and other finishes and treatments.
• Interior and exterior wall painting and repair, door and window frame painting.
• Wall paper removal and wall board repair.
• Tape and mud drywall.
• Match paint and texture.
• Wood deck and furniture refinishing, painting, and staining, ceiling grid and tile painting.
• Epoxy painting.
• Building paint log set up.
• Clean room painting.
• Able to patch and sand in a timely and efficient manner.
• Some knowledge or ability to learn brushing, rolling, taping, and topping.
• Able to safely use powered equipment such as paint sprayers and power washers.
• Able and willing to clean all equipment to include brushes, rollers, spray rigs, cup guns, texturing hoppers.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license
• Have basic painting tools.
• Works well with others and follows guidelines.
• Provide proof of work status eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Professional, precise, and detail-oriented.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years experience.

Safety glasses required while performing certain tasks. Fast-paced work environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments. Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, paint, and noise.

Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 50 pounds of office or facilities equipment (pumps, tools, ladders) and ability to safely install rigging/lifting devices. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
