• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water, gas, and drains)
• Handle residential and commercial projects, including remodels and new construction
• Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and fixture problems
• Deliver clear communication and great customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and jobsite
• Use Service Titan CRM to log work and communicate with the team
• Work closely with project leads and senior plumbers
• Follow all company safety standards and local plumbing codes

• 2+ years of plumbing experience (apprentice-level experience is welcome)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics and use standard plumbing tools
• A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and working in crawl spaces or on ladders
• Tech-savvy enough to use apps for job tracking
• C-36 License is a plus but not required

• We use E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility
• Background checks are conducted post-offer per the California Fair Chance Act (we review all cases individually)
• This role involves entering customer homes and job sites - professionalism and safety are non-negotiable
• English fluency required; additional languages (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Hindi) are a plus
• Based in San Jose, CA, with dispatch from our local office
