Position:
Facility Maintenance and Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Graveyard Shift)

Are you a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, functional, and organized workspace? If so, TRIO Heating, Air & Plumbing has a fantastic opportunity for you! We're looking for a Facility Maintenance and Support Specialist to help ensure our company premises remain in top-notch condition.



Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help maintain a comfortable and high-functioning environment for the whole team. Your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks will include:

• Maintaining common areas, handling waste, and restocking supplies
• Performing light outdoor maintenance and pest control as needed
• Cleaning and organizing work spaces and common appliances
• Managing cleanliness and inventory in shared refrigerators
• Keeping install department vehicles clean, organized, and ready for use
• Refueling and checking vehicles to ensure daily readiness
• Supporting the warehouse team by restocking boxes and recording inventory
• Monitoring company notice boards for updated communications
