Overview
Atlas Trillo is a full-service residential heating & air conditioning contractor located in San Jose, CA and we are seeking an HVAC Lead installer to join our team.

- Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems
- Install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems
- Lead each install with the support of an assigned helper
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC Installation experience
- Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned
- Working knowledge of local inspection codes
- EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Willingness to work weekends when necessary
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
