Facilities Technician (with Drywall repair experience)
- Full-time
Shift: General Shift
DRYWALL REPAIR EXPERIENCE MANDATORY.
- Thorough knowledge and experience to safely operate a wide array of hand and power tools
- Must maintain hand and power tools to accomplish daily duties
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work independently, with flexibility, and self-reliance
- Ability to perform under pressure, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Drywall repairs and finish work
- Diagnose problems and repairs in the areas of electrical, plumbing and other areas to include drywall repair, painting, appliance repair/replacement
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
