Job Description

The Installer Level II is a general labor position that reports directly to the Crew Leader and Regional Install Manager. As opposed to the Level I Installer, the Level II Installer should possess a more comprehensive knowledge of the installation procedure and any equipment रूपंत्र necessary for each project. Their duties will range from general labor duties to material applications and confirming measurements.

The Level II Installer must practice good decision‑making skills and be an effective communicator. All Installers (Levels I and II) must have excellent team‑building skills and be able to work well with others. Each installation procedure develops most efficiently when all crew members work in tandem and are responsible for their respective duties.

Basic Duties

• Move and operate any and all equipment and materials throughout work area
• Measure and mix per material instructions necessary for job
• Follow product application guides
• Confirm accurate measurements
• Use proper safety practices while maintaining a clean and secure work environment
• Perform any other reasonable duty assigned by crew leader or management
• Drive vehicles as needed
• Ensure all company property including tools and materials are always secure
• Ensure vehicle and or trailer are always clean and orderly
• Assist in restocking and prepping vehicle for next workday
• Communicate any issues to crew leader
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Follow all company policies and procedures as well as all local, state/provincial and federal laws
• Follow all company safety procedures

Shared Duties, Spaces and Responsibilities

All employees are responsible for the following:

• Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with their experience
• Answering the phone and responding to inquiries
• Ensuring all equipment is in veterans working order and reporting issues to management
• Providing basic assistance and minor first aid (e.g., if a customer or coworker asks for a bandage)

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
