Salary: $115,000 – $155,000 per year
We are a subsidiary of a prominent global leader in construction and facilities services, specializing in HVAC Controls.
As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for operating control software, developing basic databases, and interpreting floor plans to identify mechanical and electrical equipment such as VAVs, FCUs, AHUs, chillers, and pumps. Responsibilities include assisting with project commissioning, completing documentation, and identifying equipment deficiencies. The position also requires knowledge of simple electrical circuits, controller I/O, 24
VAC power, and basic networking, while coordinating with electricians to ensure work meets contractual scope.

- 4+ years of experience in the Building Automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC Controls space
- Experience with one or more of the following BAS platforms: JCI, Delta, Andover, Schneider Electric, Trane, Automated Logic, Distech, or other
- Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, Chillers, Boilers, AHUs, VAVs, etc.
- Experience with JCI, Andover, or Delta Controls
- BS in a related field
- BAS/BMS programming
- BACnet, Lon Works, Modbus
- Tridium Niagara
