• 1+ year experience as an HVAC Installer
• Must provide own hand tools
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

• Install new Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Mini Splits, Air Conditioners, and Ductwork
• IAQ accessories
• Provide customer service
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
• Train junior team members
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their equipment
• Work in a team
