Security Officer - Footbeat Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and site visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including receiving reports, assessing conditions, and communicating updates to appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, labs, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and interior areas for unusual conditions, report maintenance or security-related concerns, and document observations using required logs and/or reporting systems;
Support security-related screening and visitor management as directed, including verifying authorization, issuing credentials, and guiding guests to appropriate destinations
