Seeking a full-time, embedded Executive Security Specialist (ESS) with experience operating within a corporate setting. Candidates must be firmly committed to protecting all aspects of the client's confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to anticipate the client's needs, and provide exceptional service in a timely manner. Privacy, discretion, and loyalty are paramount in this position. Qualified candidates will pay close attention to detail, possess a positive, upbeat attitude, and be capable of working independently.

The ESS is an employee of Prosegur's Global Risk Services business but is embedded full-time within a client's organization. This role is responsible for providing efficient, high-quality support directly to the client and staff, as well as safeguarding client assets. The primary responsibility of the ESS is to protect the client's Executive suite from all threats through proactive risk awareness, reporting, and day-to-day security support.
The ESS is expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client and stay in direct communication with the client's Security Management. The ESS may be directed to work odd hours depending on clients' requests, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends. The ESS must possess the ability to interact with all levels of corporation management, liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel.
Candidates must be able to brief and instruct others on security requirements and policies. Using Risk Intelligence tools and open-source intelligence sources, the ESS will monitor executive movements for potential risks and will communicate mitigation recommendations to the client's security managers.
- Maintain a low-profile, professional presence that blends seamlessly into the corporate environment, demonstrating situational awareness without drawing unnecessary attention.
- Deliver real-time global intelligence monitoring and conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks to executives, facilities, and corporate operations.
- Utilize internal and external intelligence sources, OSINT tools, and social media monitoring platforms to research, fuse, and analyze threat data related to executive travel, public appearances, and daily movements.
- Produce and deliver actionable threat advisories and specialized situational awareness updates to security management.
- Conduct protective remote advance operations, including site, route, hotel, and hospital surveys; prepare detailed advance plans supporting both domestic and international executive travel.
- Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and third-party executive protection units to ensure operational readiness and seamless communication.
- Follow and enhance established SOPs while demonstrating strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to respond decisively to dynamic or high-pressure situations.
- Interact effectively with corporate leadership, brief stakeholders, and provide instruction on security requirements, policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Candidates must be physically fit and possess a valid driver's license. Corporate security experience is desired with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience. Applicant should possess excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills, have high levels of integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Maintain exceptional physical fitness, professional appearance, and readiness for irregular hours, extended shifts, nights, weekends, and travel as required.
- Demonstrate strong operational background in emergency response and contingency planning, including experience producing after-action reports and operational debriefs.
- Leverage current technology including smartphones, communication systems, collaboration platforms, and Microsoft Office applications to support the Client.
- Successfully pass all required background investigations, drug/nicotine screenings, and in-house training assessments; open to additional specialized training as directed.
- Maintain exceptional physical fitness and professional appearance; capable of operating in demanding environments requiring strength, endurance, and long periods of standing, sitting, or movement.
- Hold current California security credentials and concealed carry authorization, with proficiency in firearms handling, use of force, and defensive tactics.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience within corporate security settings.
- Training in basic first aid, CPR, and AED use, with the ability to respond calmly and effectively to common workplace medical incidents.
