** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.

+ Monitor the premises for security-related concerns and report any suspicious activity or hazards.

+ Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to address questions and/or provide assistance as required.

+ Support emergency response activities and follow established protocols for the location, including reporting and documenting all incidents.

+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related issues and provide reassurance to clients and visitors.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
