** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, common areas, and parking facilities to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.

+ Document and report any unusual activity, maintenance issues, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or providing information to residents and guests as needed.

+ Support emergency response activities and collaborate with local authorities or emergency services when required.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
