** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the residential location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the apartment community and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist residents, visitors, and staff by providing information and support as needed.

+ Follow emergency response protocols during incidents such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or other critical events.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities for Allied Universal records.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary, following established communication procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
