** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions specific to the tech and media location.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized individuals from restricted areas.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to address inquiries or direct them as needed.

+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Possession of a current guard card or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
