What You Will DoForescout has an excellent opportunity for a strategic and business-focused Network Security Product Manager to join our high‑energy, multi‑cultural, world‑changing team. As a Network Security Product Manager at Forescout, you will play a pivotal role in defining the direction of our network security product portfolio. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to oversee and drive initiatives related to Zero Trust, 802.1X, and Network Integrations within our organization.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining a secure network infrastructure aligned with Zero Trust principles. Furthermore, you will have relevant AAA experience in RADIUS and TACACS+ and policy‑based access controls as well as endpoint technologies. You will participate in driving the development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of our Network Security products.
You will evaluate and further Network integration opportunities between on‑premise and cloud to strengthen our core value propositions. You will be key to driving product execution, coordinating with inbound (R&D, Support, Operations) and outbound (Customers, Marketing, Sales, SEs) functions to deliver and maximize customer value.

Roadmap:
Update and manage a detailed backlog aligned to the product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, industry standards, and technology advancements. - Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market trends in network security to identify opportunities and threats. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Use data‑driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Cross‑functional
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product development, launch, and support. - Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather product requirements and translate them into detailed specifications for development teams.
- Product Development: Follow the product development process, including feature definition, design, and testing, to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards, employing Agile development methodologies.
- User
Experience:
Understand customer use cases and requirements working with UX to connect with users and create interaction and experiences. - Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Product Performance: Monitor the performance of network security products in the market, tracking key metrics and making data‑driven adjustments as needed.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that network security products comply with relevant industry standards and security best practices.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in network and cybersecurity industry, focused on Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of network security technologies and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of IT, OT, Zero Trust, Network Segmentation, RADIUS, TACACS+, as well as Endpoint concepts and best practices.
