Overview
Security Officer – Concierge s role focuses on customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.
Responsibilities- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
- You have valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- You have at least 1 year of security experience
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better

Location:
San Jose, CA
Set schedule: 32 - 40 hours per week. Options may include shifts such as Fridays–Mondays 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m or Fridays–Tuesdays 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
