Pay Pal is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to drive growth in our expanding US credit business. We need business‑minded, self‑motivated candidates with a proven track record advising on commercial and consumer credit products, including BNPL and credit cards, and significant experience leading attorney teams. You’ll provide legal and strategic guidance to senior business leaders and functional partners in our Pay Pal Credit organization on matters related to small‑business lending, consumer lending, and credit card products.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic and regulatory guidance on new product initiatives and enhancements, negotiating strategic partnerships, working with senior legal and business leaders to execute compliant strategies, and delivering high‑quality, business‑oriented legal support that enables commercial growth. You’ll also provide effective management, leadership, and coaching to team members and support bank partner relationships.
