Flex Security Officers Needed - San Jose South Bay Area

As a Security Officer you will maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling locations, enforcing regulations, and providing customer service to employees and visitors.

Base pay range: $23.00/hr – $26.00/hr

• Actively patrol and monitor assigned sites to detect and respond to safety and security concerns.
• Enforce company policies, regulations, and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide excellent customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain security best practices.

• No experience necessary; preferred background in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to our values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
• Reliable punctuality and a flexible work schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a plus.
