ResponsibilitiesRevenue Development & Market Expansion
- Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives
- Prospect for and develop new business opportunities
- Design and implement territory-specific market development strategies
- Acquire and onboard new commercial customer accounts
Client Partnership & Satisfaction
- Cultivate long-term customer loyalty and retention
- Monitor and elevate service delivery standards
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with automotive shop proprietors
People Management & Development
- Inspire and guide Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives
- Drive team performance toward established objectives
- Enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Ensure alignment from initial sale through final product delivery
Strategic Planning & Account Management
- Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and execute targeted business action plans
- Oversee relationships with high-value strategic accounts
Compliance & Workplace Standards
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment
Required Experience
- Demonstrated success in external sales and team leadership roles
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, profit and loss statements, and gross margin data
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territory (typically 50% or more)
